• How can I make a deposit into charity funders?
  To make a deposit into charity-funders, you have to open an account with us first. Once you have done that, you have to log into your account, click "Make Deposit" button and follow the instructions we provide.

  Your account will be updated automatically after you deposit.

  No, for security reasons all withdrawals are processed manually.
  
  
• After I make a withdrawal request, when will the funds be available on my currency account?
  Funds are usually available within 6 hours from the moment we receive your withdrawal request.
  
  
• What is the minimal amount that can be withdrawn?
  The minimal amount is $5.
  
  
• What is the maximum amount that can be withdrawn every day?
  There is no maximum limitation on daily withdrawals. You can withdraw your available balance any moment.

Referral Program

• Do you offer a Referral/Affiliate program? Can I promote charity funders?
  Yes you can, but charity funders investors are allowed to advertise their referral links only by means of legal methods. Spam is strictly prohibited. Anyone caught spamming will lose his/her account immediately.
